Please note: We are in no way affiliated with the online boutique Emery Rose. We apologize for your inconvenience but we can be of no assistance to you with your return.
Emerson Rose wants you to be completely, 100% happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied with something you have purchased from our online store, please return the item to the address below within 30 days of purchase. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original, unworn, unused, smoke-free condition with original packaging. For all eligible items purchased online, you may return for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees for returned items.
Returns are not accepted on sale items, earrings, or eyewear. All sales on clearance sale, seasonal sales, flash sales & holiday items are FINAL.
Please inspect all orders for damages, incorrect sizing or manufacture issues. Please let us know within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery or notice of delivery. We will validate your request before getting the right item to you if we can, or we will refund you if item is no longer in stock. We may also request proof that the wrong item was received. After thirty (30) days from the date of delivery or notice of delivery, returns, refunds, and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
