Applications are open to join our team as a part time or full time sales associate! This position is customer centric, fast paced and fun! Sales associates are eager to go above and beyond to foster long term relationships with guests and create joy in each guest’s visit.

Team Lead (Currently Not Hiring For This Position)
We are searching for leaders to join our team! Team Leads must have at least 1-2 years of retail experience and be driven, passionate, hard working and have heart for both service and mentorship. They must be available to work at least 4 days per week and have weekend availability and will generally have a ‘home store’ where they work the majority of their hours. This role is an opportunity to grow by working closely with the owner, buying team and sales associate team to maintain a positive and upbeat atmosphere where guests and associates are happy and fulfilled.
Visual merchandising & store organization
-Leading sales team in efficiently integrating product after weekly ‘drop’ days, including mannequin changes and display resets
-Strategizing with the buyers to execute displays that are consistent with buying and selling goals
-Engaging in weekly touch base meetings with the owner Bonnie regarding displays, upcoming seasonal installs, and organization standards
-Cheerleading team members and managing conflict and missed expectations in a professional manner in line with company standards
-Writing the schedule for their home location
-Working closely with new hires as ‘onboarding partners’ to train, mentor and set up new team members for success.
-Engaging in weekly touch base meetings with the owner Bonnie regarding staff scheduling, onboarding, guest relations, and general team notes
-Confirming that the daily checklist is being completed by sales associates and store cleanliness and organizational standards are being met and exceeded
-Reviewing supplies levels and emailing a list of supplies needed weekly
-Overseeing website order fulfillment from floor stock as necessary and coordinating postal pick up or drop off
Starts at $17/hour depending on experience
